About returns
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. The period means you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. You can send an email to customercare@moshimoshimind.dk or use the return form included in your delivery. You cannot withdraw your purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time. If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you partially withdraw your purchase.
Condition of the item
If the item has lost value due to having used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount refunded. The amount you can get refunded depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you cannot get the shipping costs refunded.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a reduction in the item's value.
Shipping back and forth has a significant environmental impact. Therefore, we have chosen not to offer free returns.
It can sometimes be challenging to find the right size when shopping online. We encourage our customers to use our size guide, limit the number of extra sizes in the cart, and generally think twice before ordering unnecessary items.

Do not hesitate to contact customer service for advice on fit, size, colours, or any other questions you may have regarding your purchase. We are here to help you get the right items from the start, so together we can reduce the environmental impact and avoid unnecessary shipping back and forth.
For resource reasons, we have also not included a return label in the package, and instead, we offer easy returns through our return portal (EU citizens only).
How to return
If you wish to return all or part of your purchase, you can create an easy return through our shipping partner GLS.
Click on the link below and fill out the simple form to create your return. You will then receive a return label via email. Print and attach it to the package and you can drop off your package at your local GLS parcel shop.

Please note that there is a fee of EUR 20 for this return method, which will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount.
If you wish to choose your own carrier and pay for the postage yourself, please fill out the packing slip that came with the items. Include it in your return shipment.

IMPORTANT! Your return shipment must always be sent with delivery – regardless of your choice of carrier. We cannot receive return shipments delivered to parcel shops or other pick-up points, and they will therefore be automatically returned to the sender.
We always recommend using a carrier with tracking and ensuring you obtain a receipt as proof of shipment. This is because you are responsible for your return shipment until we have received it.

Payment
The price for returning items is EUR 20 when using our return portal. The amount will be deducted from the total refund. Remember to fill out and include the packing slip that came with the items.
If you regret your purchase, you will receive your money back. It may take up to 10 business days from the receipt and processing of your return for the money to appear in your account. We will refund the money to the card used in the original transaction.
If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional delivery costs if you chose a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer) no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of cancellation. We will return the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you provide documentation that you have returned it.
If you have received a gift purchased from our webshop, the amount will be refunded to the card used for the original payment. This is necessary to prevent fraud, so any return should be arranged internally with the gift giver.
Claims
Please contact our customer care by email with a detailed description of the defect, and attach a few pictures showing the defect. Additionally, provide your order number and full name in the email, so we can easily process your claim.

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. This means you have a 24-month warranty.
If your claim is approved, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or get a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You must make the claim within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. If you make the claim within two months after discovering the defect, the claim will always be considered timely. If the claim is approved, we will refund your shipping costs, provided they are deemed reasonable.
The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to obtain a receipt for the shipment, so we can refund your shipping costs.

We only accept packages sent directly to the address. Therefore, avoid sending to a parcel shop or similar.
