COOLING PILLOW
Place the pillow in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, then apply it over your eyes or face to help relieve and reduce facial tension and/or soothe puffy eyes.
HEATING PILLOW
Microwave the pillow for about 30 seconds, and then place it anywhere on the body where you need a bit of warmth and care. Great for releasing tension and relaxing the muscles.
