Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. The levels are as follows:

Most of EU: From 100 EUR

Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia: From 300 EUR

Norway, Switzerland: From 400 EUR

US, Canada: From 700 EUR

For other orders, the following shipping fees apply:

Most of EU: 10 EUR

Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia: 25 EUR

Norway, Switzerland: 40 EUR

The standard delivery time for orders to a Danish address is 1-3 days. For international orders, the delivery time is 3-5 days.

All orders placed before 1:00 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day.

After placing an order on moshimoshimind.com, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email. If the order confirmation does not appear in your inbox within a few minutes, we recommend checking your spam filter (possibly labeled "Junk Mail").

If you believe you have provided an incorrect email address, please contact our customer service at customercare@moshimoshimind.dk.

Once an order has been completed, it is unfortunately not possible to change or cancel it.

You do, however, have the option to return the order within 14 days of receipt and place a new order.

After the order has been placed and the confirmation received via email, you cannot change the delivery address.

You specify your delivery address before paying for the order, along with entering your other information.

You can pay with all major credit cards such as Mastercard and Visa, as well as Klarna.

Additionally, you can pay with Google Pay and Shop Pay. Google Pay functions as a digital wallet for your credit cards linked to a Google account. Shop Pay is a payment method offered by the Shopify platform, allowing you to save your email address, phone number, payment information, and shipping address for future transactions.

A gift card purchased on the webshop contains a unique code that is entered in the 'Discount code or gift card' field during checkout. Gift cards purchased on the webshop can also be used in our store.

A gift card purchased in our store can likewise be used both in the store and on the webshop.

To minimize printing, you will not find an enclosed return label.

If you wish to return all or part of your purchase, you can choose to send it back through our return portal at GLS. Create your return via the following link a return label, which will be scanned at your local GLS parcel shop when you drop off the package.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount. Remember to fill out and include the packing slip that was enclosed with your order when you received it.

For all non-EU citizens; fill in the delivery note that came with the goods. Include it in your return shipment. The package must be sent to:

You are very welcome to return your order purchased from the webshop at our physical store.

If you would like a different size than the one you ordered, you need to return the original order and place a new order in the desired size.

We sincerely apologize for the mistake. Please contact our customer service, and they will find a solution as quickly as possible.

Once your return package is received at our external warehouse, it may take up to 10-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If everything is in its original condition and the entire order is returned, you will be refunded the full amount, including any delivery costs.
