TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following sales and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from moshi moshi mind. These conditions apply unless other written agreements have been made between you as the buyer and moshi moshi mind.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered multiple different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. You can send an email to customercare@moshimoshimind.dk or use the return slip in your delivery. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us.
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Note that you will not get the shipping costs refunded if you partially withdraw your purchase.
RETURN
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
Sealed items are not returnable if the seal is broken, see more below under "No Right of Withdrawal."
You must cover the costs associated with returning the item, and you are liable if the item is damaged during transport.
You can choose any shipping company for the return - read more about returns using our GLS return portal here - note, this is for EU citizens only.

Note that return packages sent to a parcel shop will not be collected.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM
If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the item's commercial value, and in some cases, it may mean that you only get the shipping costs refunded.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a reduction in the item's value.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
If you withdraw your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is devalued, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer) no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification of withdrawal. We will return the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
These agreements cannot be canceled:
Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
In the moshi moshi mind webshop, you can order your items online and pay with:

We do not charge card fees.
The amount is only charged to your card when the item is dispatched.
RESERVATION OF AMOUNT
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We charge the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to an agreement with your card issuer.

SHIPPING
Freight charges are as follows:
Most of EU: 10 EUR (free shipping > 100 EUR)
Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia: 25 EUR (free shipping > 300 EUR)
Norway, Switzerland: 40 EUR (free shipping > 400 EUR)
Greece: 50 EUR (free shipping > 500 EUR)
US, Canada: 70 EUR (free shipping > 700 EUR)

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery time is 3-6 days. All purchases made before 13:00 on weekdays are sent the same day.
DOCUMENTATION AND GUIDANCE
If product descriptions and user guides exist for the item, these will follow the delivery from moshi moshi mind.
RISK FOR THE GOODS
The risk for goods purchased from moshi moshi mind passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.
COMPLAINTS
For complaints, please contact our customer service by sending an email with a detailed description of the fault and attach a few pictures showing the fault. Also, provide your order number and full name in the email so we can easily process your complaint.
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases.
This means that you have a 24-month warranty.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, your money back, or a discount, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the fault. If you complain within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your "reasonable" shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact customercare@moshimoshimind.dk.

To file a complaint, the item or service you are complaining about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and at most 100,000 DKK. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must have been at least 720 DKK. There is a fee for having the complaint processed. When you shop at an e-marked webshop, you can have your case processed free of charge by e-marked, regardless of the amount. Read more here.
