You have the right to return your purchase. The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way may be refused or deducted. You can request to return your purchase for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. This is counted from the day the order is received by either you or another person at the delivery address. Note that if you have chosen delivery to a Parcel Shop, the 14 days are counted from the day the order is delivered to the parcel shop.

We have not attached a return slip in advance for resource reasons.

1. Return with QR code If you regret all or part of your purchase, you can use this link to print a return label (selected countries only) or download a QR code which can be scanned in your local GLS parcel shop for printing a return label. The return freight amount 20 euros is deducted from your total return amount. Remember to fill in and attach the delivery note that came with the goods.

2. Return where you are responsible for postage and carrier If you want to be responsible for choosing the carrier and postage yourself, you must fill in the delivery note that came with the goods. Include it in your return shipment. The package must be sent to:

IMPORTANT: Your return shipment must always be sent by forwarding - regardless of the choice of carrier. We cannot accept returns delivered to parcel shops or other collection points. We always recommend proof that you use a carrier with tracking and that you secure a receipt for sending the package. You are responsible for your return shipment until we have received it.

Fill out the enclosed return form and write a short sentence about why you are returning your order. If you have lost the return form, you can fill out the original form at the bottom of this page.
Pack the return form together with the item(s) you want to return - you can reuse the original packaging in which you’ve received your order.
Find your preferred carrier; we recommend using a registered postal service like GLS, Bring, or PostNord to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow maximum 10 business days for your return to be processed by our team. 
Returning the package is your responsibility, and it is important that the package is sent directly to our warehouse and not to a parcel box. You are responsible if an injury occurs during transport. We recommend using a registered postal service for your return and keeping a record of the tracking details.
It can take up to 10 business days from we have received your return at our warehouse until the money is refunded. We refund the money back to the payment card used in the original transaction.
Even if you have received a gift, the money will be refunded to the payment card that made the original payment - to avoid fraud. 
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to exchange online purchases in our stores, and it is not possible to exchange for another item or size online – only refunds. If you want to order a new style, you must return your purchased items and place a new order.
If you return your entire order, we will also refund your original delivery cost (but not the delivery cost for the return).
